Hello everyone!

An update to our operating policy in face of the COVID 19 virus:
At this time we would ask that you call from your car when you arrive so that one of our employees can come out to your vehicle and bring your kitty into the clinic. We are asking that the humans please remain in their vehicle to accomplish social distancing and to keep the spread of pathogens down. We will perform a physical exam, and the doctor will call the person waiting in the car prior to any diagnostics or treatment.

When calling for food pickups and medication refills we will be taking payment information over the phone, or can come out to the car to get cash, check or credit card. We will then bring your food or medications to your vehicle. Our on-line pharmacy is now open and you may access it from our website. We will authorize your refills and Vetsource will mail your refills and food orders directly to your house.

By law it is required that your cat have a physical exam by one of our veterinarians every 12 months to permit us to prescribe/refill medications or prescription food orders.  We are happy to provide exams so that there is no interruption to your cat’s medication schedule.  If your healthy cat is due for annual exam, vaccines, or blood work, and is not receiving any medication or prescription food, consider postponing these routine services until social distancing restrictions have been relaxed.

Thank you for understanding our new policy and being patient as we all try to navigate our new “normal”. Hopefully this will be an additional measure to keep all humans involved as safe and healthy as possible. Please let us know if you have any questions on this matter!
